the size 10 measures 22 inches, 
the size 12 measures 23 inches, 
the 14 measures 24 inches, 
the 16 measures 25 inches, 
the 18 measures 26 inches. 
Try comparing these measurements to a jacket that fits you.
The length is 2ft 9" for the smallest size rising to 2ft 11 inches for the largest.
